The Databorn project, focused on the development of a data processing platform in TBC for the payment organization Payme (part of the TBC Group), has won the international "Project of the Year" award from the professional IT community of directors, Global CIO.
The competition provides IT leaders from around the world with a unique opportunity to showcase their achievements and gain recognition from their peers. A total of 129 projects from more than 30 countries were submitted. The award attracted the attention of the international IT community, with over 500 top-level executives participating in the voting and discussions.
The joint project between Databorn and Payme was implemented during the first half of 2024. As a result, a data platform for rapid analytical responses, including self-service mode, was created.
The solution integrated internal and external data sources and operations, enabling each department to easily access accurate and timely data, significantly reducing the time required for business decision-making.
The new approach reduced time-to-market from several days to one day, and in some cases from 24 hours to 3 hours. Advanced technologies enabled the identification of new analytical metrics for products and customers, the creation of personalized offers, and the tracking of customer life cycle and behavioral patterns.
