Position Summary
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our fast-paced and dynamic team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) focusing on Salesforce CRM sales in the MENA region.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and qualifying revenue opportunities within the MENA region. Your primary focus will be on outbound lead generation, working closely with our Senior Sales Managers in a business development capacity.

We are looking for a tenacious self-starter with sound business acumen and natural sales instincts, eager to advance through a clearly defined learning and earning path.

What You’ll Do And What You’ll Need
Your Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline for our offerings in the region;
  • Create and prioritize strategic target account lists;
  • Research and engage with "cold accounts" (i.e., adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling);
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets/quotas;
  • Conduct high-level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts;
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
Experience & Skills We Are Looking For
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in IT/Technical field or currently enrolled in the final year of a state technical university;
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic to effectively communicate with clients in the MENA market;
  • A minimum of one year of Inside Sales experience within the IT sector, including new business development, cold calling, and strategic planning;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • High energy and a positive attitude.
Desired
  • Bachelor's degree in IT/Technical field;
  • Experience working with CRM or customer analytics
